Working hard! - ¡Trabajando duro!

There is always a lot to do in old houses, so, my parents, who are 84 and 81 years old, are always active, they enjoy a lot their home, and me too, sometimes, they need extra help and we go to the rescue, although, in general they manage. 

Siempre hay mucho que hacer en las casas antiguas, así que, mis padres que tienen 84 y 81 años, están siempre activos, disfrutan de su hogar, y yo también, a veces, necesitan ayuda extra y vamos al rescate, aunque por lo general se apañan muy bien.

The bank you can see in the photo, may be also 80 years old. Originally, it was in the vineyar, where my Grandfather worked as a taskmaster, during 40 years, then, it was during more than 50 years in my father's drugstore, and since 2016 is at home. So, it is a family gem, this is the kind of things I consider a gem.

El banquito que véis en la foto, puede tener también 80 años. Originariamente, estuvo en la viña, donde mi abuelo fue capataz durante unos 40 años. Después pasó a la Droguería de mi padre y allí estuvo más de 50 años, y desde 2016 está en casa. Así que, es una joya de familia, este es el tipo de cosas que yo considero una joya.

And here you are my look of working, a little bit disheveled as you can see, but  showing off my gray hair, that I love, the best I have done in the latest years hahaha, comfortable and on fashion.

Y aquí tenéis mi look de trabajo, un poquito despeinada como podéis comprobar, pero luciendo mis canas, que me encantan, lo mejor que he hecho en los últimos años jajaja, comoda y a la moda.

This week they started the proyect of painting the patio raling, first it was a layer of an anti-rust product.

Esta semana comenzaron el proyecto de pintar la barandilla que dá al patio, lo primero fue una capa de producto para el oxido.

Grandmother did it, and I have started with a primer coat on the sides where there was more oxide. 

Eso lo hizo la abuela, y yo he empezado con una capa de imprimación sobre las zonas que estaban más oxidadas.

 So, here we are, waiting for Monday to paint in white the railing (scandinavian style 😁), I hope I am recovered then.

 Así que aquí estamos, esperando al Lunes para pintar de blanco la barandilla (estilo escandinavo 😁). Espero estar recuperada para entonces.
