Recycled baking sheet - Bandeja de Horno Reciclada

It's a long time, that I don't show you one of my DIY projects, and I have a few. So, let's start the week with "the Recycled Baking Sheet".

Hace mucho tiempo, que no os enseño uno de mis proyectos DIY, y tengo unos cuantos. Así que, empecemos la semana con "la Bandeja de Horno Reciclada".

It has been kept in a cabinet for several months, perhaps a year since we bought the new oven, the shop, where I bought it, it usually pick up the old appliance to recycle it. 

Ha estado guardada en un armario varios meses, quizás un año, desde que compramos el horno nuevo,  la tienda donde lo compramos suele recoger el electrodoméstico antiguo para reciclarlo.

 I kept the tray in case it was suitable for the new oven,  but it wasn't the case. So, I had two options, to take it to the  recycling clean point, or to make something special with it.

Guarde la bandeja por si servía para el nuevo, pero no fue el caso. Así que tenía dos optiones, llevarla al punto limpio, o hacer algo especial con ella.

First step was cleaning it very well to remove all the dirt that accumulates in the baking sheets.

El primer paso fue limpiarla muy bien para retirar toda la suciedad que se acumula en las bandejas de hornear.

Then, a coat of black chalk paint, (only one)

Después, una mano de chalk paint negra, (solo una)

And a coat of wax. I love my new tray.

Y una capa de cera. Me encanta mi bandeja nueva.

I have prepared a still life for the photo with several white candles,  I find black and white compositions beautiful. Don't you agree?

He preparado un bodegón para la foto con varias velas blancas, las compositiciones en blanco y negro me parecen preciosas. ¿No estáis de acuerdo?

But, what I like more is, that now, the baking sheet has a new life, I love RECYCLING.

Pero, lo que más me gusta es, que ahora, la bandeja de horno tiene una nueva vida, Me encanta RECICLAR.
